The following are permitted payments which we may request from you:

a) The rent

b) A refundable tenancy deposit (reserved for any damages or defaults on the part of the tenant) equivalent to five weeks' rent if rent is under £50,000 per year. c) A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) equivalent to one week's rent. d) Variation of Contract (Tenant's Request) - £50 (inc. VAT) per agreed variation. To cover the costs associated with taking landlord's instructions as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.
