We conduct viewings weekdays from 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
In order to rent a property you would need to pay letting agent fees. They are as follows:-
£260 Agency Administration Fee
This includes tenancy agreement preparation and administration. You pay this to secure a property and is non refundable. Terms and conditions apply. (Inclusive of VAT)
£115 Credit / Referencing Checks
The fee is per person. (Inclusive of VAT) (Should a guarantor be needed we would charge an additional fee.)
£80 End of Tenancy / Check Out Fee
Payable at start of tenancy. (Inclusive of VAT)
We also require from all tenants Proof of Photo ID, which would be for example a passport or driving license. Proof of Current Address is also required and could take the form of a utility/council tax bill or tenancy agreement. We then process a credit check and reference your employee and previous landlord/letting agent. Unfortunately we do not accept of type of housing allowance or pets for our properties.
On the day you move in you would pay your first months rent in advance and a damages/security deposit which is equal to the value of “1 months rent”. Your deposit will be held safely and securely in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, a nationwide scheme, created to safeguard your money.

Debit Card / Cash / Cheque / Bank Transfer (Some of these payment methods incur a processing fee – please ask for details. Credit cards not accepted.)
